Why Tour C?

Tour C ‘The Explorer Tour’ is another highly recommended tour by locals and tourists alike. On this tour you will explore beaches aplenty, ones that cannot be seen from the open sea, and one that is accessed by swimming through an opening in the incredible limestone cliffs. This is also a fantastic tour for snorkelling and being mesmerised by the vast marine life.

Tour C is 1,400 PHP per person.

Kindly note there is an optional entrance fee of 300 PHP per person for Matinloc Shrine.

All our tours depart at 9am from El Nido Town Proper and you will return around 4pm.

When first booking an Island-Hopping tour, you will have to pay an Eco Tourism Development Fee (ETDF) of 200 PHP per person in addition to the cost of the tour, however this is valid for ten days and allows access to all the different tours. This does not come to us but will be directed to the municipality of El Nido. This fee allows them to continue numerous environmental and tourism related projects to preserve the beauty that El Nido has to offer and limit the impact of tourism on the environment.

Tour A and D are also subject to a 200 PHP Lagoon Users’ fee per person.

Terms and Conditions for Booking with We Are Juan

  1. General Information
    • By booking a tour or activity with We Are Juan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
    • These terms apply to all bookings made directly with We Are Juan or through authorized agents.
  2. Booking and Payment
    • A reservation is confirmed once the required deposit or full payment is received.
    • The full payment must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour unless otherwise specified.
    • Payment methods accepted are cash, credit/debit card – through our website, bank transfer and PayPal.
    • Failure to complete payment within the specified time may result in the cancellation of your booking.
  3. Cancellation Policy
    • Guest-Initiated Cancellations
      1. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled departure date are eligible for a full refund.
      2. Cancellations made 72 hours or less before the tour date will be eligible for a refund less the cost of the deposit.
      3. Cancellations made 48 hours or less before the tour date will not be eligible for a refund.
    • We Are Juan Initiated Cancellations
      1. If we need to cancel a tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule. We will attempt to reschedule within two days of the original tour date.
      2. Any cause for delay by the guest on the day of departure will result in your trip being cancelled and non-refundable. Rescheduling may be available subject to availability, a 50% fee of the total cost of the booking will be payable.
  1. Changes to Bookings
    • Requests for changes (e.g., date, number of participants) must be submitted via email at least 72 hours before the tour.
    • Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
  2. Liability and Responsibilities
    • While We Are Juan strives to provide a safe and enjoyable experience; participants join tours at their own risk.
    • We Are Juan will not be held liable for personal injuries, loss of belongings, or damages incurred during the tour.
    • Participants are required to always follow the instructions of their guides to ensure the safety of all participants and our staff.
    • All participants are required to sign a disclaimer and waiver prior to participation.
    • Any cause for delay by the guest on the day departure will result in your trip being cancelled without a refund or rescheduled for a fee equivalent to 50% of the total cost of the booking. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
  3. Health and Fitness Requirements
    • It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they are physically fit and capable of participating in their chosen activity.
    • Any medical conditions or dietary restrictions must be disclosed at the time of booking.
  4. Children Policy
    • Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
    • Children under 16 are not eligible to participate on our shared/group Island Escape Expedition and there is a minimum age of 10 years old to participate in a private trip.
  5. Force Majeure
    • We Are Juan will not be liable for delays, cancellations, or modifications due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or severe weather conditions.
  6. Photography and Media
    • By joining a tour, you consent to be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please inform us prior to the tour.
  7. Island Escape Expedition
    • All participants are required to join the pre-departure safety briefing, failure to attend will result in your booking being cancelled and the total cost of your trip being forfeited.
